Is there a way to turn off the long range intercom on the G9? BT and GPS frequencies are not that close but may be getting some spurious interference? -BD

My problem was the stuck solenoid valve. Cycling 12VDC on it broke it free. Then I lubricated it and it worked well again. -BD

+1 on sticking vacuum solenoid. I searched for this thread after troubleshooting my own... as usual on this forum, I am not alone. I have been a bad boy and basically let my bike sit idle for a long time. I took it out the other day and had a great ride, but found out that the cruise was not...

What are you talking about? I have seen that bike - it only has 20,000 miles on it. Wait... oh, right! He only has a handful of miles left! That 6 hours must have done him right, he hammed on until 12:45, took a roadside nap, and was back on the throttle at 4 am. -BD

I've got no shame because he's putting on more miles in ten days than I have in 1825, so I'll ask: what exactly is the Iron Butt Hotel? Bus stop benches? Rest area picnic tables? Construction site port-a-potties? Centerstand up, feet on the handlebars, head on your seat bag? -BD
