What's the date of the rally? The fun roads are on the way up in SW Wisconsin. Within MN ride up to Duluth, take the north shore highway along Superior and take highway 1 up to Ely. that's about 5 hrs total from Minneapolis and a great ride although most of it is highway.

That'll sell no problem .... best of luck on a steady TBI recovery. This month is a year since one of my best friend's went down, without a helmet. He hasn't spoken yet and is bed ridden, completely dependent. Has three kids under age of 7. Not sure if he'll get significantly better or not...

Good ride! Thanks for tagging along, John! We got a lot of good roads in.... and a couple that were not so good condition - typical Wisconsin. That low sun angle can make it tough to see what is in front of me sometimes.

I had him re-do my '04 and '08 seat. The '04 was noticeably better, less spongy. The work done on the '08 I wasn't really happy with. It came back in the same shape/contour as the stock seat with no real improvement in comfort, but his foam (I got the upgraded Supracore or whatever it is on...

I just rode P for 10+ mile stretch west of Wildcat Mountain and it was fantastic. There's a ton of construction on other roads though, lots of gravel. highway 33 is going to be down for a long time and minduro cut is also chopped up.
