I was up there Thursday myself. Great bunch of guys. You won't get a better deal anywhere, and know one will treat you better. These guys are even buying the house across the street so Out-of-town buyers can stay there free overnight when they fly in to pick up their bikes.

Me too. I's bet that is very common with AE riders. You are learning a new way to operate the bike and as you become more acclimated to the Paddle shifters, you find yourself forgetting to activate them. I found that if I park in Neutral and use the paddle shifter to get to 1st the problem is...

I just leave the spare key taped to the windshield so I don't forget where I hid it.

Just tried it over a quick 30 min ride around town. It really did seem to make a difference, although the timing takes a little practice. Not sure why it works but it does seem to make the 1-2 shift quicker.
