Asked Theresa and she did not recall any issues. Ranted on for a few minutes about the fueling, etc. issues with our '07 K1200GT's.

It is a California bike so it may have it. Not sure where it is. I recall hearing about some issues with refueling or the like but don't recall having any problems with her bike. I may hade had a problem with mine once when I overfilled it but not certain.

Definite yes for me but Theresa likes tweaking hers with a wrench for the preload and lying on the ground for other settings. Different strokes for different folks. We both had ESA on our BMW's but she said handling didn't change much with different settings. ES on the FJR is more effective.
