I'm tall and have a Russell seat that raises me another 1.5 inches. I have the Cee Baileys +4 +4 and it is perfect. Without the seat, I might have preferred the +2 tall. Mike

I'm sure some will see this as more of a challenge. Running from a BMW or Harley was becoming mundane.

May 13th is my birthday. Because the family won't accompany me to SFO, I voted for may 20th. Of course, I haven't spent my birthday with my Forum family before. :mda:

Hammer, Laurence and I made it back safely to Wichita, KS by about 2 PM. We saw quite a bit of rain in AR and Rt 71 in MO and then sporadically heading west through KS. We didn't see the sun until 50 miles from home. Hammer had our FZ1 fuel lights coming on as we completed the last leg of 190...

TC I'm disappointed, but found out momma is going to need back surgery soon and need to save the vacation days. Hope you guys enjoy the Rockies. I'm looking forward to Custer in September. Momma should be on the mend by then.

Smitty, you did my 06 audiovox install and it has never worked for more than 10 minutes and now it doesn't work at all. I have tried all the tweaks written here, all to no avail. At one point you offered to refund my money. I never took you up on the offer because you did such a great job...

Thanks for everyone's input. Debbie went to the dealer and thought the Honda Shadow Aero 750 felt the best, but now is considering the 1100 Sabre with a 27" seat height. She is concerned that she will not be able to make safe passes on the highway with the 38 hp 750. Honda has discontinued...

Jill: Great advice! Thanks. We looked at a used V-Star 650 yesterday. It seemed way under powered for the highway. It was pretty much outta breath at 75 MPH. We do plan to visit a large dealer today and try on some other models.
