I'm in Odessa / Midland area. I was hoping to buy out of DFW, San Antonio, Austin or somewhere that does volume. They don't even have FJRs in the showroom where I am. What kind of deal can one expect to get on a 2012? I've seen them on Ebay for 12,999 but they're all pretty far away.

It all depends on what you put behind the clear lens. They make some pretty bright LEDs these days.

Coming from the zx-10 I was disappointed when I experienced the head shake at 135 on the FJ :P .... granted I was in full comfort mode with the screen all the way up. Overall I tend to ride much more relaxed on this machine, but had to add the cc to maintain highway speeds.

Not a single place in town with a left handed thread bolt. I am supposed to be going to a rally this weekend, so I guess I will retap it. What size bolt did you use after retapping?
