Make sure that the maps are available on the 2610 for the route you've calculated on your PC. i.e. Calculating a route for Kansas City to Seattle with maps for Kansas, Arkansas, Iowa and Nebraska loaded into the 2610. You may also have to upgrade your memory card to get all the maps you need...
