    My 2013 tipped over and skidded a small distance because the place we had to park bikes was slightly elevated. So scratching exhaust, left side engine cover , plastic and mirror. I decided to live with it, although it still kind of hurts.

    Thxs for your input. On the white dot on cil#1 on gen 3 (2013) see earlier in thread. You mention proper cleaning of injectors; any recommendations how to do that?

    I’ve synchronized now with cil 3 as reference (fully closed) and adjusted cil1 with white dot. Seems to work so far. Now still trying to understand why idle is still erratic. On higher refs it is very stable. Inclined to change tps, but not convinced yet.

    I’ve had side panel repainted on my FJR from 2013. Did the repair work myself. Looked like new and barely a difference notable between the painted surfaces, also now 5 years later. Must say, I was pretty happy. Disappointing part of the story is that the bike fell again on the same side lately...

    It sounds more like a transition from idling/cold engine management to closed loop management by ecu. Did you turn of the bike completely (key to off position) when it occurred and then restarted? Problem is as many others already mentioned there can be many reasons, albeit not to be expected...

    I bought and used it recently. Easy to use. It resulted in having to change the standard reference from cyl 1 to cyl 3 (FJR 2013 model). See different thread on this forum.
