    2013 FJR1300A $9500

It is the Double Clicker and the Spring was set up for two up riding with gear. I told Penske I needed a shock that would do 450 lbs. I think it was a 1500 (spring) but not a 100 percent sure. I have never put this on my 2013 it was on my Gen II 2008 model.

    Hyperpro

Spring Trouble I ordered a rear suspension spring from Hyper Pro USA and specifically told them that I wanted a linear type spring, not a rising rate progressive type spring. The guy there told me it might take 3 to 4 weeks to get that for me. I told him no problem I was willing to wait...

    FJR flick

I saw a blue FJR with white stripes on the Mexican yamaha page. The one headlight thing is for shit. I have that on my CBR1000RR and have been pulled over twice just for that reason. Easy way to pull you over and check you out even if your not doing anything. Annoying Shaun 05 FJR CBR1000RR

FJR poor choice of 2-up city riding?

One other thing I did add that seemed to help her was the rear peg extenders seem to give her more leg room. My wife said the sport bikes were hurting her back so that is why I bought the FJR. You have to keep the women happy. Shaun 05FJR CBR1000RR

    Electronic Shift

FJR rider I don't know about you but I ordered my FJR without a test ride and had only seen pictures of it. After I ordered the FJR about 2 months later I got to sit on one. My test ride was on my bike. Shaun 05FJR CBR1000RR

FJR poor choice of 2-up city riding?

I only ride the FJR two up. I put a ohlins rear shock for my weight plus my wifes and traxion springs up front and revalved. I have no problem riding in the city or anywhere else but the stock suspension sucked for two up since I'm no light weight. With my wife and I its close to 440 lbs. I...

    Electronic Shift

I hope the AE model does good myself. I think the technology is there to make it a success. Though I will have to stick with my old blue dog 05 non abs for a couple of more years. I mean it only has 11,300 barely broke in. Good luck with the paste and stick thread. :D Shaun 05 FJR CBR1000RR

    The Almighty Harley Rider

I always wave to everyone don't care what they ride. If they don't wave back no big deal. I will stop for any bike in distress and ask if they need help. I just hope they return the favor to someone else. The last last stop I made was Sunday to pull some guys R1 out of the ditch. I didn't know...

    Gas Mileage

Usually average mid to upper 30's (35 to 38) best was in Colorado at 48mpg. My riding is 2 up and usually loaded to the max 450 lbs. + or - a little. Shaun 05 FJR CBR1000RR

    Qatar Moto GP Spoiler

Chris will be replacing Troy Bayliss on the Camel Honda for the GP round in Australia in a couple of weeks. One off ride right now but you know he'll be in Moto GP next year. Shaun 05FJR CBR1000RR

    Rider Down

MC You probably should take the bike to the Yamaha dealer and let them estimate the damage. If you all ready looked up the part numbers give them what you have it will help them do the estimate a little faster. Don't use a discount parts place for your prices. They will also estimate the labor...
