I had to replace my starter motor. A new battery would make things seem OK for a while, but eventually would start to crank slow again. It was only after the new motor was in I realize exactly how much slow the old starter was spinning.

Tightening the axles and pinch-bolts in improper sequence can cause this problem. A free thing to check is to loosen and re-torque both axles in the proper sequence. Worked for my bike. It tracks straight with no input for miles and miles.

Looks like the bag is sitting in the passenger seat of a truck (or car maybe) and that's what the cup holders are attached to.
