Vitamin "I" (Ibuprophen) is an enormous help - taken BEFORE you start to hurt. (Works better than Tylenol)

The FJR handles like an absolute pig when the tires are too low. I like 40-42 front and 42-44 rear and I find anything much below 38/40...
