Parts For Sale Aerostich R-3 $900

Ah...thanks for that opinion Skooter. Helpful to see how a one-piece works for you in the way I was thinking they could. Usually a fair-weather rider here in Cal, but do get afternoon thunderstorms in the Sierra in summertime, but then will be 90- 100 by the time you're down in the Valley again...

Parts For Sale Aerostich R-3 $900

So if you have used both one piece and two-piece aerostitch, I would like to ask which you think would be best for my intended use. Doing a Europe trip this summer where need to be prepared for what might be sudden rain and then clear up and want to avoid having to take on and off outer...

Parts For Sale Aerostich R-3 $900

I went thru the Aerostitch site and input my measurements and they returned 42R as my recommended size, so that's good start. Did you have any alterations done by them for customized fit, or did u just stay with off-the- shelf? Thanks

The WHY NOT 2023 is a reality!

Hey Phat! Now I discovered my 50th high school reunion is Sat Sept 9 here, and I just gotta go (if only to see how many of us are still upright!). Was really looking forward to WhyNot, meeting people and the rides in that area. Sorry I'll miss it. Cancelled hotel today, so a double queen...

The WHY NOT 2023 is a reality!

Booked. First one with this apparent group of misfits, but the ridin in that area and heavy doses of embellishing and BS in the threads make it too hard to resist. The Chat GPT reply sealed the deal. Never argue with an AI ( I hear it makes em mad!) See y'all in Sept. Trying to get my buddy from...

    Top box induced handlebar wobble

FWIW, Here's something simple to consider. I always had a head shake around 40 to 45 miles an hour with hands off the bars, usually like Harper was because I would be adjusting something on my jacket or tightening a cuff. As some have noticed here it was less with new tires but would always...

    James Webb Space Telescope

Ok, next step. First kinda focused image of a star in the Big Dipper. Just 3 out of 7 alignments steps completed and already looks amazing. Note galaxies in the background! Final alignment requires positioning "within a few hundred atomic diameters" on nanometer scale. Makes a micron (millionth...

    James Webb Space Telescope

Not that i really understand the physics, but this is just mind-bendingly complex astrophysics how they can figure out this Halo orbit around the L2 point 1.5million Km away into a "dynamically stable" orbital position around the sun/earth system that also fulfills the need to have sun exposure...
