Dupicolor semi-gloss black car trim and bumper paint. Then 3M paint protection film.
The 3M film is a good idea. My tank trim is a bit scuffed from the seat and I thought about replacing it until I looked at the cost of a new one! Doesn't really show with the seat in the high position which is where I leave it.

yeah, results of being rear ended at a stop light, shoved halfway into the intersection and dropped it on right side. No serious injuries, but bike rear frame had to be replaced and put some of insurance money into the crash bars instead of replacing the side hard case.

Finally got around to fixing the paint damage to the side bag and fairing. Used Colorrite's paint code 0918. It's a three part paint, with silver base, color top coat and then clear. Required lot's of light coats of color to match factory.

Covered the new paint with 3M paint protector after letting the clear cure for several months.
