    +1. I've got it mounted with the stock mount as well, and love it. As for security, I tend to just take the thing with me, or lock it in one of the cases.

    mayhaps the staggering number of sport utes on the road does have something to do with it. if a car t-bones a biker, the point of impact is fairly small and low. Rider has a chance to roll onto the hood. Having one of those big-grilled monstrosities whack you is like having a brick wall come...

    been teaching for 6 years...good times. Bad thing: spending beautiful weekends standing on hot tarmac cooking your toes instead of on the road...just ask my GF. But so far it's been worth it. Have fun and good luck!
