    Did an oil change on Saturday - new oil - new filter changed to Golden Spectro and instead of 20/50 - went to 10/50 put 4 liters in plus filled the oil filter prior to installation. lines up almost exactly between the high and low mark when bike is on center stand. Maybe just shade higher...

    Installed Givi 46 on an '06 today

    took all of about 20 minutes to install the Give 46 top case and rack today. got home and package arrived from Givi (via order from University Motors --- GREAT folks, by the way).     Whistle seems fixed

    I think I have a temporary fix for the whistle - a permanent one will be simple if this really worked. I took 1 piece of electrical tape and taped it across the black metal support frame for the windshield. There are tons of little gaps and holes under there. No whistle to or from work today...
