u miss understood..........my gauge will read 1 bar and it only takes 3 or close to 4 gallons to fill ALL the way up to the filler hole. If the gauge is reading correctly at one bar it should take around 5 gallons or a little better to get all the way to the filler hole. AND yes this is when the...

hmmmm, don't think so. I fully closed the knob and screw (clock wise) then counted how many clicks I went back out (counter clock wise). The knob turned 12 clicks out and the screw 15 clicks out from the fully closed position.

Point well taken. I will place a call into my dealer again and see how they want to proceed.

Okay folks I had a chance to do some adjusting today and thought I would update everyone. Pre load is at 3, Rebound Dampening is 12 and compression dampening is 15. I also made the 1" higher seat adjustment. All I have to say is WOW! Feels like a completely different bike.

I just put the larger Yamaha windscreen on mine and it appears some of the rattle is gone...but, I still think there is some coming from around the area of the spedo cluster.

Same for me too....08'AE.....it is certainly not the calipers.....sounds more like a instrument cluster rattle or something very similar. The rattle is more of a plastic sound than metal on metal.

That is with the bike standing straight up.....I never fill up with the kickstand down...afraid bike might slip in some gas or oil. I either stand up and straddle the bike when filling up or put it on the centerstand.
