2008 FJR for sale Nashville area

Added a fuse block as seen mounted at far right of photo. Wires are for the Audiovox Cruise Control and spare power run up under tank in case I needed to add anything else. I wrapped all the wires in electrical tape so I wanted to do it all at once so I wouldn't have to tape any more wires. One...

I use Plexus on the plastics, the tank is completely covered with Tank Slapper material as well as the top of the side cases, tip of the fender and the front of the fairing. I like riding way better than cleaning! Thanks for looking, James

2008 FJR for sale Nashville area

Thanks Scooter. Yeah, NADA average retail is 10k, but I'm a little late in the season and I see '09s going for about 9k. If I didn't have so much work to do to get the house ready to sell I would have put it on the market a month or two ago. I'm not much of a bike cleaner so it's still not...

    Zumo Screen Protectors

I've been using my Zumo 550 for years (well, since it came out). The screen is made to touch, it's very durable. I wouldn't waste my money on a screen protector. James

Photography is my other hobby/passion. Another Canon vote here, I've had Canon since the film days. The SX10 would be a good choice. James

    About to pull the trigger..

Don't know what your prep and T&L is there but I 'think' the best I've seen a new '08 go for is 10,500 (bike only). So that looks to be a great deal. James

    New look....

Ok, would mix it up a bit on the camera angle as cyclebabble said. Cyclebabble, next time you're in TN take some vid of me for your next 'production', you do great work. LOL James

    Back Seat Luggage

I have a 6' one of these. When I take off for a week I'll carry my camping stuff in a seat bag and wrap the cable around it. When you stop and leave the bike to eat, shop or whatever you can undo the lock and thread it through your helmet D rings and your jacket sleeve if you need to. James

    Advice please?

This guy actually called me out of the blue... I was going to get one late last year and just before I headed out there another salesman sold it out from under him. He had my name and when he found another one he gave me an even better deal, actually I don't think I've seen better than what I...
