Any grease is better than none at all, but I'd recommend switching to moly grease on the splines in particular. There's a hell of a lot of pounds per square inch on the splines, particularly the wheel drive splines, and moly can reduce wear significantly under those conditions. Since I plan on...

I thought about that, but even without turning up the front preload my rider sag is fine on the front - so I was reluctant to increase the spring rate. Should I do that even with low rider sag? Are the Gold Valve kits worthwhile on the FJR?
