    +1 on what the others are saying about the seating position. For my numb, cramping hands I changed to larger diameter grips. Pretty well took care of the problem.

    I think your right about about being connected to the net. AS a condition for updating the software, Garmin will download ALL the information on the unit while you are logged on to their site. I don't know how they use it.

    Shoei X11 VS RF1100

    I've been using the x-11 with a J&M setup for 3 years now with no problems. I really like the better venting, but it dislike the additional noise I get over the x-sp it replaced. Hope this helps.

    +1 on the canon. Great pictures, fits in small cell phone case, buttons are pretty small though. :rolleyes:
