    Bar end weights removal. How?

There was no thread lock on the bolts. I may use some blue thread lock when I reinstall them.

I got a strap wrench from home depot and it worked. Thank you all for your suggestions.

    Bar end weights removal. How?

Yes, I'm trying to remove the bar end weights bolts. When I apply force to unscrew them, and I've already used a pretty good amount, the whole bar end assembly is twisting instead of the bolt breaking loose. I would say it twisted even past 90 degrees. I'm not sure how much torque I can apply...

MV Motorrad handlebar riser kit for Gen III ES

I recently bought this kit for my '15 ES but I need more pull back on the bars. I reverted everything back to stock and may go to a different route. Only had this kit on the bike a couple of hours and tested it in the garage. Almost as new. Asking $200, which includes shipping to the continental...

    Bar end weights removal. How?

I'm trying to remove the bar end weights on my '15 ES to install some hand guards, but they seem to be secured with a pretty strong thread locker. I've tried applying heat to the securing bolts using an heat gun, soldering iron, even a candle lighter flame without success. I don't want to apply...

My Impressions of the MV Motorrad Bar Riser

I just received and installed mine. I'm having some issues with the throttle cables as well. I've tried adjusting the plate all the way back but at full left lock the throttle binds. I've tried different cable routing positions without success. It seems that the throttle return cable is a little...

    Wanted: CeeBailey's windscreen for Gen3

Thx. From what I've seen on the web, the flip of the Gen3 is not as pronounced as the Gen2, but it still has that flip up shape. I'm guessing it should work nearly as good.

    Wanted: CeeBailey's windscreen for Gen3

Thanks but I'm looking for a CeeBailey's. I had one my '09 that I really liked. I have a Yamaha touring on it now, but I prefer the contour/flip up shape of the Baileys.

    Misfire at steady cruise

I went through the same issue with my '09. It is a lean misfire. I ended up buying a PCV with the Autotune module. Problem solved. A useful feature of the PCV is the "cell trace" which shows you the affected fuel table cells real time. With the bike on the center stand you can rev the motor to...

    power commander v

If you really want smoothness get the autotune module. No more guessing. Well worth the extra money. I've installed it on my 09 using the dynojet map. I'm not kidding, the bike now needs traction control. The only drawback is that mileage went down to 32-34mpg while riding in the hills. I would...
