Last year I rode from Pagosa Springs to Santa Fe and the road had a lot of construction...difficult riding, in places, for me. Can someone tell me if the construction is still in progress or is the road complete. TIA.

Is 29 ft-lbs still the recommended torque value for the Moko slider bobbin hex nut? I don't want to overtighten the thing and strip it out...ala the oil drain plug. And, is Blue Loctite recommended? I'm abt to remove the Moko and left side fairing and my inquiring mind wants to know! TIA.
