They are mirror mounts. See this thread for more info: https://www.fjrforum.com/forum//index.php/topic/4718-hella-ff50-driving-lights-bracket-kit/page-1. I had Hella FF50 lights mounted on them for years and they worked great, though I hear they are not ideal for heavier lights due to vibration.

When I do, it'll be another FJR for sure. No time to ride at the moment (or for the last 3 years, actually), and I need to downsize in preparation for another move.
