Anyone who has one of these have trouble getting it to latch and then unlatch? I have to bounce my fat ass to get it to lock down and then have to twist the key almost to the point of bending it to get it unlatched. :(

What seems to be the best to use? I'm planning my first 1000 and mapquest and MSN don't seem to want to let me plan point to point and then total the miles for the route.
