I have been using the PackTalk for a few months now and think it is amazing. SO much better and easier to use than previous Cardo systems that I have had. The connection with my iPhone is perfect and getting a bunch of users "meshed" together is painless. Highly recommend!

I have a 2015 R3 in addition to my fourth FJR and find it a blast to ride...for shorter distances in nice weather. Cannot go wrong with this bike. Lots and lots of bang for the buck! (I'm 71.)

My "other" bike is a Yamaha YZF-R3 (2015), 320cc. It is not for touring like the FJR but what a great machine it is! Light, great handling, plenty of power (once you're used to seeing 5-digit RPMs). 70 mpg ain't bad either.

I am probably stating what the OP already knows, but... You do realize they came standard with the bike when new? Have you searched through all of your bike "stuff" for them?

I, too, have joined the ranks of the 2016 ES CEL group. Will try to get the bike to a dealer tomorrow. I notice my cruise control is also inop. Anyone else have this? Fix one and get a twofer for free?
