I have worn out my stock cartridge bodies in 157K miles. If you may have upgraded your forks and have the old cartridges laying around, I could use them. If not that, what would anyone recommend for a fix? Any help is appreciated.

I live in Surprise and do all of my own work on my 2005 FJR with 127K miles. My rear master cylinder seals failed and I had to order and replace them. I had pressure, momentarily, until the pedal went all the way down. No puddles, bleeding didn't help. Let me know if I can help.

Just make sure, if you still have factory brake lines, that you get the Yellow and Blue dots back in the correct location on the Hydraulic unit. My after market lines had no such marks and caused a great deal of trouble. I looking on page 35, Figure B, items B & C. of the Supplemental Service...

YA342 is the stock shock from Ohlins for the 2005, if your buying new. Make sure it has the proper weight spring.
