For Sale Yamaha FJR 1300a 2013-2015 factory service manual.  Very clean like new condition.  $50 pay pal including shipping to continental US.

I have a black one. I believe the pannier covers are the same for all model years. It has a couple of minor scratches, but if you're repainting it it should be fine. Not sure what it's worth so make me an offer. I'll track it down and send you a photo via PM.

On my 2013, the left and right bolts are of different lengths. Partzilla has this kit that containd everything I needed. The info shown in "Farkles" at FJRtech.net was posted in 2005. Apparently, there have been some design changes since then...

Dravnx: You need the V-Strom bolts. I bought a kit that contained everything necessary. Later I'll look up the part numbers. No time now.

I put the V-Strom guards on this spring. (found a part number and source for the kit elsewhere in this forum). With the handle bars moved to the closest to the rider position, the right side guard has no clearance issues. The left side guard contacts the dash just before full lock on a right...

You can do it yourself if you allow enough time. When I broke mine, I ordered a new stay, then pulled off the plastic bits and all the electronics, then sewed it all back together with the new piece. Then I patched up the old one just to see how if I could. So now I have a repaired one on...

OK. Can't see how I missed that icon. But I just tried it and I get the "you are not allowed to use that image extension on this community" message. I've tried pasting the photobucket IMG code and get the same message.

Tried it using Firefox and Chrome. No photo icon on the toolbar. Only Link icon. Using windows 10. Will try Microsoft Edge now.

That's right. Everything but the lid. Local dealer told me that the Partzilla price is below his cost. It was back-ordered until Sept 24, so I placed an order thinking I'd have some weeks yet to locate a better priced used one. Then I got an email that it would ship August 3! Steve
