I think most people have the same initial thought. Lose the top box. No need for the WWW. Front angled view would look more interesting. If side view is kept, not sure side stand is necessary. Bags do not look quite right. I think the shadowing of the raised area makes them look recessed...

The dark fluid is pretty common when you haven't changed the fluid regularly or failed to activate the ABS during the regular maintenance fluid change. It evidently does not get bled out of the ABS parts of the system very well even though you get clear fluid coming out of the brake calipers...
