I'd say you're underpricing it. I traded in mine a week ago for that much, 2006 AE with 79000 miles, pretty much stock because anything of value or use I took off. It was no garage queen either.

Apart of the belt separation (which is a pretty extreme case) tires compound gets stiffer due to the oxidation with time. This happens regardless of if they are mounted or not. A five years mark is by many considered to be a borderline to replace the tire. The tire will take longer to warm up...

Agreed, that is why I said similar etc. Just an alternative to building a buggy on steroids.

Not sure if you are aware but there is a racing class with very similar parameters called Legend Cars. They do not really fall into "buggy" category but they are fun as hell and there is a true competition in it even at the amateur level. Unless your true goal lays in the process of building you...
