    Sena SMH10

I have a very similar unit that I use to pair an Ipod Nano with an el-cheapo bluetooth helmet. I don't think it will send to two separate receivers but never tried to do so. I got mine at BestBuy a couple years back so the basic tech is not new, just vastly (?) improved for about the same price.

    Performance Chip

That looks like the view from the New Navajo Bridge....I hear it is also for sale, compliments the lovely ocean view just around the bend....

    Warm Hands.... FINALLY!

And that is why the confusion. I did order the Powerlet liners though after selling both pairs of WnS gloves. I think they will be the answer to my frozen left hand.

    v-strom hand guards on FJR

Just get tht 'kit' from FJRGoodies. It will have everything you need including the DL1000 Hand Guards. I think the 650 uses a smaller guard (a friend has the 650 and he said he put the 1000 guards on it.) The 'kit' from FJRGoodies is about $79.00.

    New seat for the FJR

You have it pretty close; actually Russell had a non-compete clause in the sale. When that ran out, Bill (sr) started the new company. Upon his death, his son Rick started making saddles like his dad did (he interned with his dad as a kid.) Rick is an ER nurse and seems to understand anatomy...

    v-strom hand guards on FJR

I just installed the V-Strom guards a week ago on my '09 AE, using the FJRTech articles. Had no issue with anything until I realized that I had a virtual throttle lock on the right grip. It was getting dark when I finished tightening up things and didn't realize that the bar end forced the end...

    Warm Hands.... FINALLY!

Huh? Isn't the red coax the power input? That's what is says on my Dual Troller I'm pretty sure. I have red coax to power, black to jacket and grey to gloves (black and grey are interchangeable.) I get heat to the jacket and the gloves, just not enough. And I was told the same thing, "These...

    Warm Hands.... FINALLY!

I have two pair of Warm & Safe gloves due to a screw up in the marking (W&S sent me the right gloves at no charge, +1) but my left hand does not get warm enough in 20-30 degrees. This is true of either glove so I think it is the hand (damaged a few years ago, lots of metal in it) and not the...

    manicsalamander vs throttlemeister

Thanks to all who replied with and without sarcasm... :D I had already tried the VC and know that is not an option (I had one on my '04, worked great.) I believe I will go with the TM after all is said and done. Oh, BTW, I released the big throttle spring (not just one turn) and it made very...

    manicsalamander vs throttlemeister

I suppose that after 5,000 some odd posts you probably figured out that the 'search feature' on the forum is junk. I tried the Google search but couldn't get it to work. So EXCUSE me!

    manicsalamander vs throttlemeister

Did the obligatory search, nothing found. So....has anyone used either of these? And how do they differ in operation if anyone knows. I know how the manicsalamander works, just not sure of the throttlemeister operation. They are similar in price but still expensive (compared to a Vista...

    Rick Mayer saddle ride-in experience

Just stumbled onto this thread and have to add my .03. I have two Rick Mayer seats now, very happy with both, and am planning on having the third done this winter sometime. The only problem that most folks have with Rick is promptness of delivery. I think it is because he tries to hard to...

    Michelin Pilot Road

I'm getting ready to pull off my first set of PRs. I got almost 12,000 on the front, about 7,000 on the rear (I had a previous rear that got the other 5,000...then a nail.) I have a new front (for an unknown reason) so am going to go with another set, then try Avons. Both front and rear PRs...
