39, sunny, and teasing. One moped blew through a red light doing a whopping 28mph.  I just have to wait a few more weeks for the sand and salt to get washed from some rain.  Frost heaves will suck, as usual.

As a life long contractor and carpenter, I feel your pain.  I've even been taken a few times.  Curious as to the electrical rough in picture.  Who pulled the wires out of the boxes? Should be all tucked in, ready for drywall. 

39 and rain today on the commute.  A few coworkers gave me "the look" when I said I wouldn't melt in the rain.  Snow 5 miles away, but no matter.   PipeWerx slip-ons are thumbs up, after having them for a month.  Carbon Fibre looks great with the gray of my 19A

I was face with the closest emu farm was the same distance for me.  Excellent grab.  I'm glad someone did the hard work!
