    Hello everyone

Shop at your Yamaha dealer from time to time. We really do want them to stay in business. Coupla years ago I actually bought my tires at the dealer and had them installed, wheels on bike. Those guys should know you; for when the times get rough. MHO.

    Hello from SoCal

Be real flexible on price. I found a 2010 in Lewisville, TX. 9000 miles. $9250. 8 years and 20k miles ago. If you have traveling in mind the FJR delivers. Man, what a motorcycle.

    Newbie From North Carolina

"Doesn't need much" besides a full tank of gas. Any (former) roadracers out there make a black cafe windshield and the bike looks like a large race bike. Replaced fork springs (Racer Supply). Corbin seat. Cruise control from MC Cruise, Australia. Can't ride it enough. 2010G2.

    Hey all...nice to be here

I fitted my 2010 with the Corbin product back in 2014. Thousands of miles later I still recommend it. Firm. Good looking. Not cheap. Like I used to be.

Sometimes, you have to help them gain a personality. Cafe shield, custom fairing striping. Map of Texas always does the trick.

Agree, don't know why anyone uses the word break-in with Corbin.

Just bought a 2009! Looking for reccomendations

Got my Corbin seat for my GenII, back in 2015. Many many miles since then. My experience has taught me that the firm seat is the best choice. My inseam is 29", Corbin has shaped a seat for us guys. Love the Corbin. 26k miles later.

    Motorcycle Junkie

I have used the MC cruise on my 2010 for several years. Pros: installation was easy. I liked each cable "the right length" complete with connector. Control mounts on left, unobtrusive, very good design. Blends right in. Highly recommended. Cost $1000 back when I bought it. Cons: none.

    Seeking advice on first FJR

Well said! I bought my 2010 Gen2 used with 9k miles, nearly new, in 2014. It is 12 years old now, 36k. I rode 3 weeks/3700 miles through beautiful Texas in October. Stone reliable. Handles very good (says this ex-roadracer). A fun bike. Added cruise control. Good on gas, "eats tires like potato...

    Howdy From College Station Tx

I toured the very large array before covid. Then of course, West to Highway 191 South in Arizona.

Cut a touring shield in half, painted inner surface black! A bit more wind noise, but it looks great. (Former roadracer). More stable at speed.
