Sena SMH10 and a Garmin Nuvi ---- NO LOVE

The 765T was the exception to the rule. Garmin realized they included this BT feature and promptly removed it from any newer nuvis. You can wire a nuvi audio out and a radar detector audio out to a sena BT transmitter and pair that to your headset. still cheaper than a Zumo. But the ZUmo 660 is...

Why my side case fell off

So I lost my sidecase on a bumpy road a few weeks ago. I figured out today why it happened as it almost happened again. There are two screws holding the metal tab of the locking mechanism to the lock. We all know these get loose. We should all make sure they are tight. Yeah, sure. One of mine...

    bad at math question

if i have a device that draws 10 mA do I need to have it switched or can it run for a day or week or longer without affecting the battery charge? I should be able to figure this out.... but alas that particular set of neurons have died.

    speed bleeders - any tips?

about to do the brakes and clutch fluids on the 2014. Previously I used a mityvac on the 2009 and it was messy to say the least. So I've bought speed bleeders. Any words of wisdom from those of you who have gone this route? The instructions seem a little too easy to be true.

    Battery Draw

if a usb power converter (adapter) is attached to power, yes it draws power. Every 'brick' attached to your A/C at home draws power whether it's charging your phone, or powering your modem 24/7 but its only a wee bit if there's not something wrong with it. A load of 5 mA will take 200 hours or...
