Just use the smoothness map, it's what I use ('05 w/ staintunes) Wally Kilburg had Leo Vinci pipes on his bike (if I remember corrrectly) Don't think you'll do much better (even w/ a custom map) -bvw.

Yes, it uses those waypoints, but the potential still exists for the GPS to pick diff roads. (now you can sit down at the computer and add additional waypoints until it reverses the route exactly the same) -bvw.
