Pathfinder's 100,000 (Cert.) Miles in 1 Year Attempt

Ran into Tony last weekend at the IBA BAT Rally in Denison. I shared a few miles with him while he did yet another BBG on his way home. Here he is doing what he does best. Carry on sir!

Canton Tx, definitely wouldn't have guessed that turn around. Looks like that'll put him around +700 miles or so for his 10/10th, nice! Next question, he pulled an all nighter to get there, will he stop to rest or play energizer bunny all the way home?

    50th BBG Attempt Tomorrow

Wow, that's not much less than what a FJR gets. Seems impressive considering there's another 1/2 liter more motor under the hood.

Nice! What kind of range does the wing offer between fuelings?

    50CC

Texas is around 850 miles across from Orange to El Paso, or 35% of the trip in miles. On the plus side, with good roads it only took us 12 hours to get across it iirc.

    50CC

I-10 / I-8 from Jax to San Diego seems to be a popular route at around 2400 miles with good speed limits, fuel stops, and motel availability. It's the route that Tony and I took coming back from Yosemite for our 50cc. We tried to plan things around avoiding rush hour in the big cities...

    Big As Texas IBA Party

Some of us in the area might be able to offer up some decent ride plans, but it might take slightly more than a day ride to get there and back.
