I saw that yesterday. Not very in depth, but some useful info none the less.

 
There was a pretty good discussion about this here a few months ago. In fact, it was still getting new posts in the last couple of weeks (there was even a link to the same article John put up).

Reason I mention it, there was just such a crazy variety of opinions given, and I imagine based on things first heard years ago, and practiced ever since. It can be a little frustrating, because it perpetuates a lot of bad practices by folks who think they're doing something the best/fastest/safest way, and they're not. And as you come up on that corner, maybe a little too fast, you can be way too much in your head, thinking about how not to lose it, instead of following what you've practiced, based on the best information available. A pretty good start would be to read, learn, and practice everything in the link in post no. 1.
