Took a quick run up to Stinson Beach, through San Francisco and over the Gate. Fabulously clear blue sky the whole way!
I asked the hostess at the place we had brunch at how many of these days they usually see. She told me this time of year they normally get only about 5 a month...but recently they've been getting a lot more of them. Apparently the "normal" coastal fog is burning off many days by noon.
