Crap. The above is the best copy and paste I could do. Question is whether I really have to pay $110 for the whole piece when just part of it is missing. Anyone here had this happen? Thanks.

I don't see any picture, but based on the part number you posted I see it at Revzilla for $112 and Bike Bandit for $120. If you don't want to spend over $100 on it the you might find a used one on EBAY or from someone parting out an FJR.

Sorry for the long delayed answer, but in July my site credentials didn't seem to work and time flies when you're out riding.

Anyway, the answer is I don't know, but apparently the inside of the hood came detached and was lost somewhere onto the road. I still haven't gotten around to ordering the part.
