Those folks at the front desk were clueless... they lost my reservation which I made about a month before the meet. Luckily, the front desk person hooked me up & gave me a room.

They tried to charge me full rate when we left, even though I wrote on the paperwork the group rate when I arrived.
I also arrived a day early, and they gave me a key to an occupied room. Good thing there wasn't a HA group in there doing a deal. Then it took them almost 3/4 hour to find us a room on the ground floor, at the back by the garbage bins. There computers/software must be from the last century.
I still had a great vacation, and appreciate all the hard work Wayne and others put into this event.
