There was before the forum moved over, but seems to have evaporated. I believe the old way was a sub-forum header or summary at the top when you'd click on the Technical and Mechanical problems. I went to look on the admin side to see if it was still there, but couldn't find it and think I have limited privileges to see it. The For Sale section had a similar sub-group header or rules.

The alternative would be to recreate it as a pinned thread unto itself. You seem to have done most of that work with your pastes of threads.
