Help me put this map in my Garmin 765T, PLEASE!

Ok, so do you just download City Navigator and then Mapsource?

Problem you will run into next is City Navigator is not free, the cheapest copy is about $60.

Good news is it will come with Mapsource.

It would be nice if Garmin had some simple software that just allowed you to send a route to your device.

(sounds like that is all you want to do)

If you only need mapsource you can install it (using the update) as long as you install training center first (known workaround).

1. Install Training center

2. Install Mapsource

From there you should be able to send/receive data from your GPS using mapsource.

Once that's done, it's still possible that Mapsource won't see your GOS for transfer, but you'd be able to save routes and waypoints to the drive that represents the GPS, then use the import menu command I referenced earlier.

Nice to know about the Training Center trick. I was unaware of it. (One of the very few things I still didn't know.)
