We have a beautiful static caravan in the tiny village of Scorton on the edge of the Forest Of Bowland. It can sleep 4 people very comfortably and has central heating, double glazing, digital TV, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, all the mod cons to make your stay enjoyable.
You're only minutes away from all the gorgeous beauty of the Forest of Bowland, The Lake District and the Western Coastline (Blackpool, Morecambe) and Cumbrian delights such as Silverdale, etc. The caravan park has heated swimming pool, 2 bars, cabaret and even a chippy! If you're a keen fisherman (or fisherwoman), you can also buy a pass to fish on the River Wyre which is on the perimeter of the park. And for those fine summer evenings, the caravan has its own garden and elevated decking area.
There's some AMAZING rideouts up this neck of the woods. Apart from the FOB and the Lakes, there's stunning scenery and interesting places throughout North Yorkshire. LOTS of bike-meets on the doorstep too, including Devil's Bridge, Glasson Dock, Knott End, Hawes and many more.
Parking for one car and one bike.
