You'll know when they're seated.</p><p></p><p>My problem with not having the lower race seated all the way down isn't looseness, I would doubt that any of the pressures placed on it in use would cause it to go any further down. The hang up is that your cheating yourself out of some precious cap bolt threads. At that bolt's torque rating, you'll want all the threads you can get.</p></blockquote><p></p>
