Back in 2002, on the second day of the PDP, I walked into the shop as a total stranger. La Dean, the owner was already up to speed on the FJR and said she would get papers out by next day mail. I took delivery of my '03 in mid July. To this day, even though I only get down to the shop a couple times a year (it's an hour away from my house), she and Tony (the parts guy) greet me by name. Granted, it's a small shop, in a small town in rural Ohio, and the backbone of their business is 4-wheelers.

When I had a low speed get off, they were able to get expedited shipping on all of the needed parts. I did the repairs myself and was back on the road in about a week. They charged cost plus 10% on the parts.

I've had nothing but a good experience with John's in Jackson.

Also, I guess I have trouble following the instructions, but don't know how to edit the title of the post.
