Hi gang,

I recently relocated to Colorado (Aurora to be more specific). Would appreciate some recommended day rides in the area. Lets say keep it under 400 miles. Go!

Thanks in advance.

If it's some twisties you're looking for head W on Hampden. Once over Kenosha pass make a left on Tarryall rd in Jefferson. Take that to 24 and head E to Colorado Springs. From there you can either take the highway N all the way back to Aurora or get off at Interquest Pkwy and take 83 N through Parker home.
Should be a couple hundred miler.

There are SO MANY different routes you can take from here(Aurora).

Google Bishops Castle. That's a fun destination to ride to.

A nice big loop....25 S to Pueblo. Then 50 E to 287 N. To 70 then head W back home.

Wow!!! You lucky DUCK!!!

North to Rocky Mtn National Park.

West to MT Evans and Way West to Vail ... go South.

South go down 285 stop... turn around go N on 285. YMMV LMK what you find ...

If your interested in building at all Bishop Castle is a must see.
Been there several times.
Bring a lunch and drink and give yourself 2 hrs to see the place.
The back story is fantastic!

Apologies to everyone above. I posted this last Sept. and quickly got involved in ski season. I've got some moto-buddies coming to town next month and I'll leverage the ideas provided above.

Thank you all very much.
