If the battery were really cooked, I don't think that would have worked.</p><p></p><p>So this might be my laziness talking, but get a few Battery Tenders (new models, or Ctek's), plug them in and forget about it. They will be waiting for you when you get back. No harm done and fully charged and ready. And as for cold, it preserves a fully charged battery. It is heat that is the greater evil. So why bring it into a heated environment for storage?</p><p></p><p>In fact, yeah...cold is good for us!
