Good to see some familiar names (says another ancient one).

More on topic, yeahno. The only time I see my trip meter go beyond 240 is when I flip the lever on my aux tank. YMMV

Unfortunately, I have forgotten the mileage but I began to sputter a few miles from the nearest gas station. I wiggled left and right to slosh the gas over to the pickup and coasted into the station that we finally arrived at. I do remember what it took to fill the tank and it was 6.528 gallons. So, there wasn't much left.

Okay, I’ll say it.

Of the several reasons I had for adding an FJR to my stable, none of them had anything to do with fuel economy.

Like imagining a date with a beautiful, intelligent, energetic woman and wondering if she likes oatmeal for breakfast.

Yes, I’m aware that when this thread started the occupant of the White House had twin daughters….
