ohlins rear shock confusion

Hi

anyone know what are the main difference between Ohins rear shock YA053 and YA056??? on the ohlins website both have got the partnumber S46DR1..

what is the correct model fit for a GEN1 2001??

That's the stx46 line of shocks. Ohlins doesn't say, but I would guess the 056 has the optional spring preload adjuster.
