Preload adjuster stuck

Hi! My rear suspension pre-load adjuster seems to be stuck.

Don't want to tug on it too hard, but what else can I try?

Is your FJR on the centerstand, unloading the rear wheel? That can make a huge difference.

Well if you can't fix it don't regret it. Stock the FJR is very under-sprung. As your bike is a 2002 the it's suspension is likely wore out and it is time to replace it.

Based on HotRodZilla's post that makes me an a-hole. He's right too!

Probably dirt in the assembly and/or cables on the shock. Give the adjuster a good cleaning and I'll bet your problems go away.

You'll need to drop the shock out of the bike for easy access.

Had this problem earlier this year. Had to get some lube into the adjuster cable.
