I've recently removed the MCL Highway Pegs from my 2014 FJR. The 3 bolts (per side) that were removed are 2.5" long, too long to be put back into the bike. Does someone know the proper length I need for new replacement bolts? Thanks in advance.

Update: I called my local Yamaha Dealer and got it sorted out. They were very helpful.

1 1/4”? Maybe 2 1/4”…..or since it’s a Japanese bike, 45 millimeters.
That's quite a big difference. Guessing can only screw up the OP.

If memory serves me right aren't there different length bolts from side to side?

OP originally posted the 1 1/4” figure….not me. The Motorcycle Larry bolt was over 2” so the bolt OP is looking for isn’t 3/4” shorter. My question/answer wasn’t a guess but a reasonable answer.

My bad. I read your answer (misinterpreted) as it's either a 1 and 1/4 or a 2 and 1/4 was stock. That's what I meant by that's quite a difference.
