Had my bike towed into GGC today to install a new set of tires after my flat last night. First time I ever went there or was serviced there. Great bunch of people! Everyone right up to and including the cashier girl was service-oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic. Made me feel special (and my mommy always said I was special).
Also, unlike my Yamaha dealer that's just two miles from my house, but who has yet to ever call me by name after two years, these folks said, "Oh, BTW, there are two recalls on your bike. As soon as we get the parts we'll give you a call."
I plan to work with them some more.
